Youth Part of God’s Mission + Youth Unite NEXT FRIDAY

Youth Part of God’s Mission + Youth Unite NEXT FRIDAY

Hello Parents,
This Saturday afternoon (17th July) St Johns Youth has the opportunity to love the Diamond Creek Community together by doing a working Bee at Piccolo Meccanico: a much loved and well-frequented Diamond Creek Cafe! The owner Mark is familiar with many people from St Johns that regularly get their coffee from there, so it is great to be able to grow that bond in this way. Earlier in the year I asked Mark if he would be happy for a bunch of youth from St Johns to come and show them some love as part of our ‘Youth Part of God’s Mission’ initiative. He finally got back to me and let me know that this weekend works great for him!
  • 1.30-4.30 pm (followed by a soft serve from Maccas for any youth keen to join)
  • Picollo Meccanico (57 Chute St, Diamond Creek)
  • Wear clothes you are happy to get dirty in and wear a mask.
We will spend the time dusting, cleaning, and gardening.
Because this event will be offsite from St Johns, parent permission is essential for all youth that would like to participate. You should have been contacted by me earlier in the week with a permission link, if not please contact me on the details below.
