At St John’s, we strive to be an intergenerational community, with people of all ages doing life together.
St John’s Kids
St John’s Kids runs every Sunday during school terms, at our 10am service.
Our kids enjoy a specifically minded teaching time during Sunday services at St John’s. During most of the service, children are encouraged to engage with what’s happening; the music, the prayers and whatever else might be happening. During teaching, kids move into the hall and foyer for activities, craft, and teaching relevant to their learning styles.
One of our St John’s Kids volunteers will meet you in the foyer if it’s your first time joining St John’s Kids, and introduce you to some of our leaders, all of whom carry Working With Children Checks. We take the safety of vulnerable people seriously, including kids.
You can find our current term newsletter and what we are learning on the Parents’ Blog. You can also sign up for email notifications for the Parents’ Blog on Elvanto.
If you’re new to our church and would like your child(ren) to attend our program, please follow this think to Register for St John’s Kids.
