Jesus called his twelve disciples and gave them authority to heal and drive out evil spirits. Did these disciples feel ready and prepared to be sent? Simon the Zealot- an anarchist, and Matthew the Tax Collector- a public servant! An unlikely couple of people, and not exactly a dream team. But Jesus sends the unlikely – he sends us.
