What is LTP?
Leadership Training Program (LTP) helps emerging leaders explore their gifts while being grounded in Scripture, introductory theology, exegetical preaching, theological reflection, and practical ministry in their local church.

MEet our interns
Charlotte Coleman
Charlotte joined the St John’s staff team in 2025 as the Children’s Ministry Worker and alongside LTP is stepping up this year to be our Generations Ministry Assistant (ASLM) working closely with Maddy. Charlotte has a passion for young people and we’ve been so excited watching how she has grown in her leadership and look forward to seeing how God will continue to shape her. Aside from these roles Charlotte is also a regular at Sunday@6 involved in multiple ministries including service leading, hospitality, and music.
Sean Colebatch
Sean is one of most committed young adults with his ministry ranging from lifegroup leading, Sunday@6 prayers and service leading, to serving more than fortnightly in our St John’s Kids program. Sean has also been a part of some of our local missions teams like Town Fair and Thank God it’s Friday (TGIF), as well as serving on the NCYC youth camp. He is just recently returned from serving on a Scripture Union Family Camp at Lorne.
