A rocky start to 2022

Hello Parents,

With covid popping up everywhere, making plans is hard, and worrying about the impact on loved ones is taxing. I am praying for you and your families at this time of unease.

We are hoping that over the next month and a bit this omicron wave passes and the NCYC can go ahead!. To help us with planning please continue to keep registrations coming in. If the camp cannot go ahead a full refund will be provided.

The Northern Churches Youth Camp, will be held over the Labour Day weekend of 2022! This year we are combining with St James Ivanhoe and St Marks Templestowe to run an exciting new camp. It is going to be a great weekend of outdoor activities, teaching, and relationship building. This will be a great opportunity for youth to grow in their understanding of God, ask those questions they’ve always wanted to ask, and make friends that will last them for decades.

Here are some details:

When: Friday 11th March (drop off, 5pm) – Monday 14th March (pick-up 4pm).
Where: Upper Plenty Conference Centre – there will be a bus to take youth to and from the campsite, departing from St John’s Anglican Church (61 Main St. Diamond Creek).

Cost per person (This cost includes all transport, supplies, meals, activities and accommodation):

  • Early bird: $250 (save $15 before 13th February)
  • Regular cost: $265
